Three Crystals for Mercury Retrograde
Updated: May 10, 2022
Mercury is the fastest moving planet in our solar system, and so retrogrades for about three weeks three times a year. Our first Mercury Retrograde of 2021 is in the sign of Aquarius from January 30 to February 21.

In Astrology, the period of retrograde is associated with a time of reflection.
Planets do not actually travel backwards through their orbits, it is simply an illusion caused by our perspective from Earth. This phenomenon perplexed ancient astronomers and the name Planet actually comes from the Greek “Wanderer.”
The retrograde phase often receives a negative connotation, perhaps spurred by the action-oriented, product-driven world we live in that frequently disregards cycles of rest and restoration. However, if you know the energies that are under influence the time of any planets retrograde can be used to take stock, re-evaluate, and pivot.
Mercury rules communication and travel so use the time to use your words precisely and enjoy a slower rhythm day to day while he travels back to the underworld.
