I created this postcard today at Vickie Dodd and Alana Shaw’s SoundDance workshop. Today was the final day of the 3 day intensive on restoring the nervous system through sound and movement. This postcard is intended to be a mnemonic device for me to remember the event. I think it speaks pretty clearly.
